I was asked if I liked the new vent. Without thinking I said it has changed my life. She asked me how? As I started thinking about that question I was SHOCKED when I was done. As I kept writing more and more reasons how this machine is a game-changer for me.

To clarify, this is my personal experience with VOCSN. Below are 15 reasons why VOCSN is a game-changer for me:
  1. I don't shake violently during cough assist anymore.
  2. I don't have jaw pain biting down so hard on my mouth guard during cough assist.
  3. I don't need to recover after cough assist to catch my breath.
  4. I don't have pain during cough assist anymore.
  5. I don't overheat after cough assist.
  6. I don't have to hear the cough assist machine noise that was painful to my right ear.
  7. I don't have to worry about the RT putting me back on the vent quickly to breathe.
  8. It has way better suction.
  9. It's so fast to get the cough assist going. That's very important when I can't breathe, coughing, and choking.
  10. It has a very light tubing, it's not pulling my neck to the right anymore.
  11. I have never had clear lungs for years. Now I can breathe freely and clearly now.
  12. The vent recognizes when I have anything in my lungs.
  13. It adjusts quickly to any breathing issues to get my breathing back to normal.
  14. The touch screen is easy to use with a ton of options.
  15. I went out recently with very little equipment to travel making it easy and fast to go anywhere.
